Magic Square with sum of rows equal to the root of a palindrome

264  is the sum of the rows of the following Magic Square :

This Magic Square appears in the book “Arithmetricks”
by Jerome S. Meyer (Scholastic Magazines, 1965).
It is strobogrammatic i.e. it remains magic when turned upside down !
