10^10702+19483 and 10^10702+44919 are prp's, found with PrimeForm/GW 1.2.0.
They have also passed 5 Miller-Rabin tests with the GMP library.
I only tested 10^10702 to 10^10702+50000, 14% of Milton's alleged prime gap.
The expected prp count in this subinterval was 50000/log(10^10702) = 2.03.
It seems heuristics are more reliable than Milton. Not really a surprise.
